G. T. Allison
The School of Physiotherapy Curtin University of Technology, Shenton Park, Western Australia

Краткое описание

This article reviews the assessment of the sitting transfer in individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI) and the contribution transferring makes to measures of mobility and function. A review of the prognostic factors that have been associated with individuals achieving independence in the sitting transfer is presented. Special focus is placed on more recent methodologies, the use of movement analysis, and the predictive factors that determine movement strategy options for individuals with SCI.
