The structure of thallus crown space of Cysloseira crinita (Desf.) Bory and its structural elements were investigated. It was proved that volume and surface of the crown space correspond to the volume and surface of plant body and its structural elements. In ontogenesis of the second order branch, a strict succession in change of geometrical forms of its subcrown space is observed. Finally, the form is built up so that the length of metabolic route (L) does not depend on size of the subcrown space. Packing of autotrophic matter in body and subcrown space with autotrophic matter naturally follows the power law, and is reduced with increase of the length (L). For each level of bioinert phytosystems (by V.I. Vernadsky) there are certain limits in filling their living space with autotrophic matter. It was found that overcorporal phytosystems created with participation of plant body have the same optimal organization as corporal phytosystems.
