Decreased activity of osteoblasts and increased osteoclast activity, independent from intensity of energy metabolism, have been shown, as well as increased concentration of glycosaminoglycans and free amino acids, testifying to the inhibition of bone tissue physiological remodeling. The latter is not beneficial in maintaining integrity of the bone organic matrix and fixing the inorganic component of the connective tissue, namely hydroxyapatite crystals. %8 2016-09-14
