It is shown that the temperature usually obtained by the multi-color method is the incorrect temperature of oxide particles generated within flame. This is due to the strong spectral dependence of the emissivity of the emitting oxide particles. A detailed study of radiation of the silica particles within flame irradiated by a laser is carried out. It is revealed that the change of particle temperature within flame may be obtained without the measurement of an exact value. The result of measurement is used for the estimation of the energy accommodation at high temperature and is found to be 5.5×10−3. The method of restoration of the temperature distribution of particles within flame by radiation spectrum is developed. This method is applied for the restoration of the oxide particle temperature distribution within Al dust flame. The width of temperature distribution found is about 1000 K.
