AB Special features of use of various frequency-time presentations for formation of the attribute space in problems of recognizing complex radio signals under the conditions of the a priori uncertainty are considered. Application of the mathematical tools of wavelet transformation (WT) for this purpose is substantiated. The result modeling of the WT signal with frequency keying and a variant of a WT − based of system recognition of complex radio signals with the use of the technologies of artificial neural networks are presented.
