Recently, when designing and manufacturing elastomer composite materials, constructions, and goods, much attention is paid to the problems of ecology and economic and energy efficiency. In this connection, application of mineral fillers in elastomer composite compounds is of high interest. In the present work, the influence of coupling agent (TESPT) concentration on a complex of mechanical properties of elastomer composites filled with nanodispersed mineral shungite is investigated. An increase in the modulus, tensile stress, and hardness and a decrease in tan δ for elastomer composites filled with nanodispersed mineral shungite with the addition of silane coupling agent are noted. The changes in mechanical properties of elastomer composites filled with mineral shungite modified by silane coupling agent due to increase in the degree of filler dispersion are shown.
