The model is verified by the example of study of magnetic properties of the nanostructure such as amorphous dioxide of silicon with cobalt nanoparticles (SiO2) 100-xCox/GaAs in the wide range of the Co-concentration (x = 20, 30, 45, 49, 54, 63, 75 and 85% Co). It is shown that the magnetic clusters can be formed in a granular nanostructure. The shape of clusters is Co-concentration depended. %8 2009-11-10
