%X Non-stationary theory of spatial harmonic magnetrons with cold cathode has been suggested. The principal idea at derivation of the magnetron mathematical model is use of equivalent circuit of a magnetron oscillating system in the form of a closed chain of connected nonlinear oscillators. The representation of the magnetron oscillating system in the form of the equivalent circuit describes all the *TE*_{n}1 -modes taking into account of formation of doublets as well as allows studying of non-stationary processes.
