The paper analyzes the prospects and ways of application of these methods for solving problems of generation of mechanical characteristics of the above high-energy materials. Principles of heterogeneous structural mechanics are used as a theoretical basis. A physical statement is formulated, and the research subject is characterized. %8 2011-12-30
