The system excitation is initiated by the TE11 mode. The analysis has been performed through the use of the operational method. The optimal dependence of relative dielectric permittivity of a single layer upon the frequency at which a dielectric with negative dielectric permittivity matches the multilayered structure is determined. %8 2013-08-23
