It is demonstrated that conversion of SLs in steam plasma is preferred to that in carbon dioxide plasma as regards concentrations of the targeted products, the total degree of conversion of raw material, the degree of conversion of raw material to the targeted products, and specific consumption of energy for synthesis gas. However, the final choice of the plasma generating gas can be made only after comparative environmental and economic analysis. %8 2014-10-24
