Краткое описание
It has been found that gaseous heat turbulent flux is reduced by the presence of particles in several flow configurations. The present work is devoted to this behavior. It is found that, on two-dimensional temporal particle laden jet in hot freely decaying isotropic and homogeneous turbulence, the decrease of gaseous heat turbulent flux is due to the coupling term that is mainly negative. An analytical closure based on gradient model with a modified Prandtl number that takes into account particle presence is proposed.
