A similarity law for transpired turbulent flows subjected to pressure gradients and separation
Краткое описание
Despite the large number of applications in the industry, most theoretical works concerning the near wall behavior of transpired turbulent flows do not consider the effects of non-zero pressure gradients. Furthermore, the available scaling laws for zero pressure gradient transpired flows or non-zero pressure gradient flows with no wall transpiration contain "constants" that vary with the transpiration or the pressure gradient parameters and their functional forms are essentially derived by an empirical fit of experimental data and have no physical arguments to support the advanced theories. In this work, a new law of the wall that describes such flows is proposed.
