A Portable Meter of the Ultraviolet Radiation in Biologically Active Ranges of Solar Radiation Based on the ZnSe Semiconductor
摘要
Professional and household UV dosimeters have been developed, designed for A and B range of solar radiation. Shottky photodiode based on n-ZnSe(Te,O)-Ni structure is used as sensor. The multi-filter professional variant allows to measure intensity and integral dose accounting for and cosine factor as well reconstruct UV radiation spectrum in the 280-400 nm using specially developed software.
