摘要

Lung cancer is the most frequently diagnosed tumor in Western countries. We present in this study three cases of patients with lung cancer in advanced stages of lung cancer with poor responses to treatment with conventional cancer chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical oncology. In these cases, we applied oncological hyperthermia treatment both locally and systemically, and we achieved an improvement in the outcomes of the treatments that were applied. Further, tumor size was reduced, thus making room for the application of stereotaxic radio surgery to achieve tumor stage regression. These are the first results obtained in our center in which combination therapies were employed such as chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical oncology, along with the use of hyperthermia, and high-precision radio surgery.
