Generalized Method of Partial Characteristics for Description of Heat Transfer in the Problems of Radiation Plasma Dynamics
ABSTRAKT
Radiative energy transfer in heated gases and plasma are analyzed taking into account actual optical properties. The analysis is based on the spectrum-integral method of partial characteristics. The data on optical properties, including the molecular state of the substance, weak-ionized plasma, and multicharged ion plasma, were used to determine generalized partial intensities, fluxes and their divergences for air, aluminum, and carbon. Databases of partial characteristics for these substances have been obtained, calculated using both continuous (linear) and discontinuous splines. Comparison of the calculations of radiative heat transfer made by this method with the spectral description results is given. Some generalizations of the method are presented for solution of problems of radiation plasma dynamics.
