HYSTERESIS PHENOMENA IN THE PROBLEM OF COLD WATER NATURAL CONVECTION IN A SQUARE CAVITY
pages 827-834
ABSTRAKT
The natural convection in a square cavity filled with cold water (near 4°C) is studied numerically for different Grashof numbers in cases of a lid-driven or inclined cavity. Both situations demonstrate the hysteresis phenomena, which can be seen on presented dependencies of Nusselt number on lid velocity and an inclination angle.
