ABSTRACT
Some processes of transition economy are analyzed and mathematical models describing the dynamics of these processes are proposed. A model in the form of ordinary differential equations is constructed for the privatization process. Based on this model, an optimal control problem is formulated for a privatization process such that its state variables are the output of factories of a certain branch during the privatization period and the number of employees working in the same branch.
