The article reviews the results on building up the algebraic basis of algorithmic logic and its applications related to fonnalization of presentations of knowledge on optimization methods, promising information technologies, design of adaptive systems of computer-aided design (CAD) and open systems, computer training and other nontrivial problems of computer science.
