In order to minimize the negative impact of globalization on education in Ukraine the authors proposed to increase the volume of investments in a human capital taking into account the artificial intelligence, virtual reality and excessively rapid development of nanotechnologies and robotics. In addition, the work substantiated the necessity of intensifying the search for ways of international educational experience, the desire to participate in youth exchange projects which will help our citizens in self-expression, development of self-confidence and language competence improvement.
