ABSTRACT
We develop the new approach for investigation of a wide class of systems with a discrete state space (SDSS). We construct the mathematical model of SDSS as a nonlinear system of differential equations of the special form. We prove uniqueness and positiveness of the solution of the constructed system. An example of SDSS is given.
