ABSTRACT

Seasonal dynamics of abundance, species diversity, and trophic structure of the protozoan community, as well as seasonal variations of quantitative characteristics of bacterioplankton were investigated in different sections of the Latka River (a small tributary of the Rybinsk Reservoir on the Volga, Yaroslavl Region). It was demonstrated a clear influence of environmental differences on trophic interrelations already within different sections of that small river.
