SCATTERING CHARACTERISTICS OF THIN-WIRE CONDUCTORS EMBEDDED INSIDE DIELECTRIC SHELL
SINOPSIS
We proposed the method for computer-aided simulation of the scattering characteristics of thin-wire conductors placed inside dielectric shell. Such task arises, for example, in obtaining scattering characteristics for the wing of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), if the wing has dielectric or composite outer shells and consists of control leads. Proposed method allowed to carry out the calculations of radar cross section (RCS) of UAV dielectric wing for various shapes of wire laying. The ways to reduce the RCS of such object were demonstrated. The estimates of the two wires interference effect on their RCS were obtained.
