SINOPSIS

In the practice of sports training a chronic physical over-tension of functions of leading systems of a body, including an immune system, is a consequence of loads inappropriate to the functional capabilities of athlete's body. In modern sport the incorrectly organized training process, its inadequate individualization, severe training and competitive loads exceeding functional capabilities of a body can lead to overtraining − a pathological state of an athlete's body that results in an over-tension state of a body systems functions, including a system of nonspecific protection of an organism and an immunity. In a process of intense physical and psycho-emotional stress, a chronic overstrain of immune system − immunodeficiency state − manifests itself in an increased susceptibility of an athlete's body to genetically alien factors, in particular infections. Changes in functions of an immune system of persons engaged in a physical education and sport have a doze-dependent effect: maximum physical activity depresses functions of an immune system, and optimal ones normalize and stimulate them. There is also an inverse relationship: an immune system impairment may be one of the leading factors limiting an athlete's performance. Therefore in a practice of professional sport with high achievements of urgency is the task of optimizing a process of choosing training loads, one of the solutions to which is simulation. The purpose of this work is to construct a mathematical model of high-skilled athletes immune system. To study an overtraining − a pathological state of an athlete's body that results in an over-tension state of organism systems functions, including an immune system, the work offers a mathematical model of a high-skilled athlete's immune system. This mathematical model includes models of mass transfer and mass exchange of respiratory gases in respiratory cycle dynamics, the development of immunodeficiency state, temperature change equations. The feature of the proposed model is also considering peculiarities of high-skilled athlete's body in a form of automatic selection of blood flow corresponding to short-term, medium-term or long-term adaptation.
