SINOPSIS

The new method of comparing the effectiveness of various economies on the basis of the author's theory of economic transformations, as well as its concrete realization on the example of Ukraine and Germany, is given. The article results in the quantitative proposals of changing the structure of production costs of the branches of the Ukrainian economy and taxation system.
