SINOPSIS
An approach is proposed to solve vector optimization problems concerning complex technical and economical systems, when information about experimental and statistical data is insufficient (or absent) as to mathematical models construction. The research is performed by way of example of space activities objects obligatory insurance optimization to meet a generalized criterion "reliability-cost".
