SINOPSIS
Temperature measurements have been made, by optical methods, along the axis of a flame in an experimental boiler furnace. Temperature evolution of the reactive species seems to be different from that of the products issued from the combustion, like water vapor. Those measurements will permit the calculations of the radiative transfers for the constitution of a theoretical model of the working of such a furnace.
