RÉSUMÉ
A geo-referencing method for an isolated ground object using results of space imaging without previous in-flight geometric calibration of spacecraft's optical-electronic complex is proposed. The equations of the geo-referencing directly take into account indefiniteness of mutual attitude of onboard imaging camera and star tracker. Such a way may be effective if necessary information for in-flight geometric calibration is inaccessible.
