RÉSUMÉ

Consideration is given to the results of numerical computations of protein secondary structures prediction based on Bayesian recognition procedures on nonstationary Markov chains. A use is made of new approach based on the recognition of triples of states for triples of neighboring amino acids that increases prediction accuracy in comparison with the recognition of the states of one or two amino acids.
