RÉSUMÉ
Numerical calculations and the analysis of frequency dependences of the coefficients of dispersion of a composite in alternating mechanical and electric fields with variations of the shape and the volume fraction of the piezoelectric oriented ellipsoidal inclusions in a thin shunt electroconductive shell are carried out. Values of the parameters for which the coefficient of scattering reaches its maximum are defined.
