RÉSUMÉ
The cell number and chlorophyll a content in the microalga Phaeodactylum tricornutum were decreased in the nutrient medium with concentration of 0.13 mg·L−1 copper as compared to the control. The dynamics of content of carotenoids was irregular and, at the same time, size and shape of cells changed. After the transfer of microalga to a copper-free medium, cell numbers, chlorophyll a and carotenoids content were considerably higher than these were in the control; size and shape of cells restored to their control values after two experimental days.
