RÉSUMÉ
Impact of phenol and potassium dichromate on several biochemical parameters of pikeperch was considered. These toxicants were shown to reduce Cortisol content in blood plasma and changes of the thyroid hormones content. It was shown that in the process of the short-term adaptation triiodthyronine is more significant than thyroxin. The considered toxicants also caused activation of lactate dehydrohenase, which contributes to the glycolytic process, and significant reducing of the energy resources (glycogen and lipids) in muscles and liver. Results of studies enabled to state high sensitivity of pikeperch to the toxic load.
