RADIATION CHARACTERISTICS OF THE METAL WAVEGUIDE RESONATOR WITH A INCLINED MIRROR
ABSTRACT
The influence of the misalignment of the plane mirrors for the metal waveguide laser resonator of terahertz range (λ ∼ 0.4326 mm) on energy losses and the mode composition of radiation is investigated. It is shown that misalignment of the cavity at the change of direction of the tilt plane of mirrors relative to the plane of polarization of the exciting radiation can have a significant influence on the characteristics of its lower asymmetric modes.
