FIELD STATISTICS OF THE CIRCULAR APERTURE ANTENNA FOCUSED AT THE FRESNEL ZONE. PART 2. FLUCTUATION FIELD CHARACTERISTICS

In the paper published earlier (the first part of the review) [1], we considered mean field characteristics of a circular aperture antenna focused at the Fresnel zone in the presence of phase fluctuations in its aperture. This paper (the second part of the review) analyzes the fluctuation field characteristics for the same antenna, namely the amplitude and phase fluctuations of the antenna field, as well as fluctuations of the focal spot (more precisely, coordinates of a point of the maximum field intensity). Like in work [1], the results obtained for the antenna with the circular aperture are compared with the analogous ones for a linear antenna and an antenna with the square aperture. The paper is based on authors' works [2-5].
