Microwave Power Spectra of Stimulated Phonon Emission and Space-Time Structures in a Spin-Phonon System of Ruby Phaser

A problem of forming spin-phonon autostructures has been studied experimentally and generated Poincare cross-sections of microwave power spectra (MPS) have been obtained in a ruby phonon quantum generator (phaser). Considerable narrowing of MPS and their autowave-like superslow motion have been observed under conditions of periodical pump modulation beyond the region of the phaser relaxation resonance. A theoretical interpretation of the excitation of these space-time structures in a spin-phonon system is proposed, which is based on the antiphase mechanism of the energy exchange between modes of a stimulated phonon emission in the microwave acoustic Fabry-Perot resonator.
