要約

Ethical, entrepreneurially minded engineers translate technology-based product concepts into the marketplace to provide benefit to their employer's customers by making peoples' lives better. Their passion is to help others. They recruit appropriate resources including well-qualified team members, they follow a plan that includes human, financial and temporal resources to get the job done by doing the right things and doing things right, and they hold themselves and their teammates accountable. Ethical entrepreneurial engineering assures personal values align with corporate values and operational principles. This white paper attempts to demonstrate how engineering ethics are the foundation upon which quality products and processes are built and lives are made better, through technology translation.
