Experimental Study into a Radio Frequency Band Chaos Oscillator
RESUMO
The results from the experimental study of the breadboard model of a RF band chaos oscillator are presented. The principle of operation of this oscillator is based on chaotization of oscillations in a nonlinear, ring-type delayed feedback dynamic system. The nonlinearity property is provided by a modulus that is capable of functionally realizing the one-dimensional piecewise-linear representation with an asymmetric parameter which can be varied during the experiment. A study has been made of statistical and spectral properties of an oscillator signal and their interrelation with nonlinear element parameters. The results obtained can be utilized when constructing the chaos oscillators having predetermined properties of the output signal.
