PREDICTION OF THE TROPOSPHERIC REFRACTION FACTOR IN ARBITRARY POINTS OF SPACE USING RESULTS OF MEASUREMENTS ON METEOROLOGICAL PARAMETERS IN BASE STATIONS
RESUMO
A possible way to decrease errors of location of the object coordinates is to take into account the troposphere influence while processing information in the space navigation system (SNS). Two main modes for introduction of corrections are possible: introduction in real time and after session. Both approaches are based on the calculation of troposphere delays with the use of meteorological station data on a sea level. The conclusion was drawn on the possibility of using a model zeroth order, i.e., data averaged for Ukraine. But for larger countries the use of the average data on refraction coefficient values throughout the territory will lead to unreasonably great errors. That is why the use of standard data of meteorological stations was considered for forecasting a troposphere refraction factor in the given point of space. The criteria for choice of forecast reference points are determined using similarity of atmosphere refraction coefficients and loss function values. The possibility of using the suggested approach in formation of base reference points for refraction coefficient forecasting is shown on examples of Ukraine, Russia, Great Britain and China.
