RESUMO
This is the first part of the study devoted to the determination of parameters of the spherical motion of a spacecraft and to control of this motion using only the Earth magnetic field. The possibilirty of the determination of the orientation and the angular velocity of this spacecraft is considered from the viewpoint of the observability of the estimated parameters via magniotometers that are on it.
