On one Problem of Optimization of a Linear Fractional Function on Permutations

RESUMO

The problem of finding the extremum of a function on the set of permutations is considered. The objective function is a ratio of two linear forms, every of which is a line in the multidimensional space. The method for solving the problem, based on the partial ordering the function values, is proposed.
