RESUMO
Content of some metabolites (glycogen, oligosaccharides, glucose, lactic acid, pyretic acid, NAD+/NADH ratio) and enzymes' activity (α-amylase, alaninaminotransferase (AlAT), aspartat-aminotransferase (AsAT), AlAT/AsAT ratio), de Ritis coefficient in different tissues (hemolymph) and organs (hepatopancreas, mantle) of the infested by Trematods and not-infested specimens of the freshwater mollusk Planorbarius purpura have been investigated.
