RESUMO
Effect of the crude oil and diesel fuel in the concentration from 5 to 30 MPC (maximal permissible concentration) on the activity of transamination enzymes in gills, liver and muscles of carps (Cyprinus carpio) has been investigated. It was stated, that heightened concentration of the diesel fuel in water has more toxic effect on the fishes' vital activity, than the crude oil. Impact of the diesel fuel resulted in the phase change of transamination enzymes activity and increase of the protein decomposition intensity in fish.
