Experimental Analysis of Hydrodynamics and Influence of Temperature in a Food Dryer
RESUMO
In this article we expose a mathematical model allowing the determination of the speed profile in a drier drowned channels; several authors could get the trajectory of grains from resolution of model kinematics, probabilistic or other; but unfortunately, results are not properly exact. Our approach of which its source is inspired of the probabilistic model considers the out-flow of the grain from top to bottom is the other way around equivalent to the out-flow of hiatuses appearing at the level of the crack and propagating itself at random upwards of the bed, says that otherwise is out-flow reaction that provokes the fall of grains and that gives birth has the apparition of hiatuses; we solved the equation of transportation coupled to a double diffusion a radial and the other axial therefore; experiences based on the method of tracers permitted us to confront the experimental results with the model.
